How Can severe Swelling And Pain In The Ankle Be Treated?
HI, I fell about 6 years ago & broke my ankle. I have pins & a rod in that ankle. Lately, my ankle has been swelling. I went to my doctor & he took x-rays, I have some arthritis, I am Type 2 Diabetic, & I have neo-rophary in both feet. He prescribed Meloxicam..7.5, once a day. After reading the brochure that the pharmacy gave me, I refuse to take that drug. Those are scary side affects. I am 77 years old and take no other drugs.
